Awkwafina
Awkwafina Awkwafina, an American performer and actress, started by releasing a humorous rap track which dealt with the subject of sexuality and race. The career of the singer and actress grew to Hollywood after she released an album of raps. Nora Lum was born to Chinese Korean immigrants living in Forest Hills Queens. Her first experience with music came via the trumpet. Apart from classical music and jazz, she began studying hip-hop in her teens. After concentrating on education, she earned the degree of journalist in university and also a women's study major. After graduation, her focus shift to music. Following her viral success via the Internet, her song My Vag was a reaction to the song of Mickey Avalon's My Dick. It eventually appeared on the album she released, Yellow Ranger. On the album, there were other viral hits including Queef (body-positive) and NYC Bitche$. The single that debuted was directly connected to The Awkwafinas Guide to NYC, her travel guide for 2015. Her resume contained both an the musician and author. Now she was looking for a new career path in acting. In addition to early television shows like Girl Code and Tawk, she has also been featured in films like Neighbors2Storks as well as Bad Rap. She had a breakthrough role in the year 2018, with several movies that were highly regarded, such as Dude Ocean's 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. In June she dropped her EP "In Fina We Trust".
